Edward Clodd letters to Walter Besant, 1889-1899.

The collection consists of two letters from Clodd to Besant: 24 April 1889, inviting him to meet author Grant Allen, and Canon Taylor; 12 Nov. 1899, suggesting Besant merge his Society of Authors with similar organizations fighting for the legal rights of authors, and proposing a conference to discuss the merger.
